01. Acceptance of Terms

By using Traveller Cabs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

02. Services

Traveller Cabs provides vehicle rental, chauffeur-driven transportation, airport transfers, outstation trips, local sightseeing, corporate travel, group travel, and related travel services through its own fleet and/or third-party service providers.

03. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking shall be considered confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation is issued by Traveller Cabs.
• Traveller Cabs reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request.

04. Pricing

• Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Toll taxes, parking charges, state entry taxes, permits, driver allowances, and other applicable charges may be charged additionally unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• Final billing shall be based on actual usage and applicable charges.

05. Payments

• Payments may be made through approved payment methods available on the website.
• Traveller Cabs reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent transactions.

06. Cancellation & Refunds

In rare circumstances where Traveller Cabs is unable to provide the booked service, the customer shall be entitled only to a refund of the amount paid. No additional compensation shall be payable.

07. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree:

• To provide accurate booking information.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not to damage vehicles or engage in unlawful conduct.
• To treat drivers and staff respectfully.

Any damage caused by passengers shall be recoverable from the passenger.

08. Delays & Force Majeure

Traveller Cabs shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Other events beyond reasonable control

09. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be provided by independent operators, hotels, tour providers, fleet owners, or other third parties. Traveller Cabs acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by such third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Traveller Cabs' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant booking.
• Traveller Cabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, missed flights, missed trains, or business losses.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, text, graphics, photographs, software, and branding, is the property of Traveller Cabs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you consent to the collection and processing of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Misrepresent their identity.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Traveller Cabs reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, cancel bookings, or restrict access to any user for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Changes to Terms

Traveller Cabs may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
